Beverly and Ruben Luera started Tri-Star Safety Services Inc. in 2003, from modest beginnings in their home garage performing control box repairs to a steadily growing repair and maintenance operation cultivated by a continued commitment to customer service and uncompromising dedication to quality. Now one of the leaders in repair, maintenance, and installation of highway safety equipment. Since its inception 20 years ago, Tri-Star Safety Services Inc. rapidly developed proven relationships with a diverse customer base that we are proud to have maintained for so many years. They include state department of transportation agencies including CALTRANS, city and county departments of public works and various police departments in Southern California as well as numerous privately owned maintenance companies, construction and traffic control services companies.
